Prevent injuries with proper youth soccer gear.

Youth soccer players do need the same type of equipment as more mature soccer players. But, it is important that their gear fits properly. Children will get more enjoyment from the game, and will be less likely to injure themselves.

Youth soccer gear includes a solid pair of soccer cleats, well-fitting soccer shorts, and socks that match the team jersey. Soccer shinguards will provide lower leg protection, and a soccer jersey, to top it off. Let's look a little deeper at each item of youth soccer gear.

Soccer Cleats and Shoes

Cleat or shoe types include removable cleats, molded cleats, indoor soccer shoes and turf shoes:

  • Molded Cleats have non-removable, pre-formed rubber or plastic cleats on the bottom. Metal cleats are not allowed. They can be used on all outdoor field types but will not perform as well on turf, or wet, soggy fields.
  • Removable Cleats are made of a hard plastic. These studs can be replaced as they wear down. Players of a higher skill level usually use this type of cleat on longer grass, or wet soggy fields.
  • Indoor soccer shoes look similar to a sneaker, but they are very different. They are made with exclusive compounds in the sole that provide improved grip over sneakers. They are cut lower to prevent rolling off the ankles as your child makes the moves that soccer requires. They are made for firm surfaces like gyms, but not for indoor artificial turf.
  • Turf Shoes are specifically for playing on artificial turf. It doesn't matter if it is indoor or outdoor turf. The sole has been specially designed with studs that are shorter than molded or removable cleats. They are multi-directional in nature. This helps provide the grip necessary for playing on artificial turf.

Shinguards

Soccer shin guards are made from a variety of materials. These materials can include:

  • Plastic.
  • Polyurethane.
  • Foam rubber.
  • Fiberglass.
  • Foam/lycra.

Shin guards are required as part of youth soccer gear and one of the best ways to prevent injury. In soccer most of the action is at your feet. It is sometimes suggested that different positions need to wear a different type of shin guard. I will provide the information, but only you and your child can decide what is best.

  • Defenders - thicker model with more protection.
  • Midfielders - protective, lightweight, and more rounded in style.
  • Forwards - more ankle protection and very light.

This guide will be helpful in choosing the proper shin guard size for your child:

  • X-Small: up to a height of 3 feet 9 inches
  • Small: up to a height of 4 feet 5 inches
  • Medium: up to a height of 5 feet 1 inch
  • Large: over 5 feet 2 inches

Youth Soccer Socks

These socks are not much different from the socks that older players wear. They are just smaller. They are needed to hold the shin guards in place, and to match the team's uniform.

Less expensive socks are usually made from a polyester-acrylic blend. Sometimes cotton is added for comfort, but don't expect a lot of cotton. But you can find 100% cotton socks.

Choosing top quality socks made with synthetic microfibers will pull perspiration away from the foot. They will have a padded sole to enhance foot comfort as well.

TIP - If your child's foot sweats a great deal, put talcum powder or foot powder in the sock to help soak it up. This will help prevent blisters.

Youth Soccer Jerseys

Most jerseys today are made from a combination of light-weight microfibers that are and do not absorb much moisture. When it comes to youth soccer, the team or association usually supplies the jerseys. So for that reason, I will leave the jersey choosing to you and your soccer association. Unless you are looking for replica soccer jerseys.

Soccer Shorts

Even though they may be cool to your kids, baggy shorts are not good for the soccer field. If they are too long, they can restrict easy movement. If this happens your child may get injured, or may not play up to their ability. The less restriction, the better it is for their game. They also have to fit your team's uniform. Some associations will provide shorts and socks as part of the team uniform.

If you use this information as a guide you should be able to get the right youth soccer gear for your child.

Sneaker Wars: The Enemy Brothers Who Founded Adidas and Puma and the Family Feud That Forever Changed the Business of Sport

The fascinating story of the enemy brothers behind adidas and puma, whose rivalry shaped the modern sports business

Adidas and Puma are two of the biggest global brands in sports, paying stars, clubs, and competitions to show off their labels in stadiums and across magazine pages.

In Sneaker Wars, journalist Barbara Smit reveals the dramatic, character-driven story of these two power-houses. Started in their mother's laundry room in Germany, Adi and Rudi Dassler's shoe business was an instant success, their spikes worn by Jesse Owens in the Berlin Olympics. But a vicious feud soon pulled them apart: by the end of World War II, the brothers split the company, dividing their family and hometown.

Adidas and Puma revolutionized the world of sport, their rivalry introducing behind-the-scenes deals and multimillion-dollar contracts. From Pelé to Joe Namath, Walt Frazier to Boris Becker, Muhammad Ali to David Beckham, they all contribute to the roller-coaster rise, near collapse, and revival of the two brands. A page-turning narrative, Sneaker Wars is a riveting blend of family drama, business, sports, and history.

If you are interested in starting your own business, a fitting business logo is mandatory. Business logos not only help you identify your business or products and services, but they also pre-sell your identity. That is, business logos build your brand. And as you are already aware, branding or image building is crucial for any business undertaking.

Your business logo should tell everything that your business stands for in an image, a tagline or a combination of both. Various companies adopt various techniques to achieve the perfect business logo. This is because a business logo is your first, and sometimes the last, impression of your business ideas.

Importance Of Logos

Logos are such an intrinsic part of our lives that we often fail to value their importance. A telephone logo on a signboard tells us there is a phone booth in the vicinity. Water flowing from a tap indicates presence of running water. The three stripe logo outside a shoe store tells you that Adidas shoes are available. The golden arches forming a yummy M outside an eatery tells you that you will get your favorite McDonalds snack inside. One look at the ‘one side bitten into’ apple on a signboard, and you know it is Apple Inc and that you can trust its quality without any hesitation.

Creating or designing business logos are neither child play nor a Herculean task. What you need is clarity of thought, precision in designing and a thorough knowledge of aesthetics. It is good to remember that no two logos depend on the same element of design. McDonalds uses color and shape (bright yellow M on a red background), Apple uses an image (a bitten into apple) and Coca Cola focuses on typeface. But all the three are equally recognizable and unique in their own ways.

Rules Of Business Logos

While deciding on your business logos, lay emphasis on only what your business is all about and what you want to tell the world. Although there are no strict guidelines to design the most effective business logos, yet there are some rules that have been followed down the years.

Business logos differ with industries. Though there is no strict rule, some conventions have been followed since they have worked from inception. Business logos appear in high tech, service oriented and business-to-business industries.

• High tech industries – generally use angular and multi-cornered business logos to convey innovativeness

• Service oriented industries – generally use smooth and rounded business logos to convey friendliness and approachability

• Business-to-business industries – follow the middle path. Their business logos combine the chiseled and rounded look to convey stability and to build trust in the company

Depending on where your business stands on the spectrum, decide on the type of business logo that will work for you.

A Timely Reminder

Your business logos should reflect your business goals, your marketing strategies and your future business prospects.

Just like in the days of emperors and kingdoms, the ‘ring seal’ on letters said it all, your business logos appearing on every letterhead, business card, website, magazine, brochure, pamphlet and hoarding should tell the world of your services. Business logos are one of the prime sellers of your services. According to experts of the trade, there are 6 golden rules of designing business logos:

• Business logos should be honest to the core – this means, you business logos should not look like “something that you came across in the magazine the other day”. It should reflect your personality, your vision and the quality of your services. Be creative by all means, but take care not to miss your target. Make your business logos abstract (any pointer with a swish to signify speed; a high power bulb in the darkness to signify innovation etc). Make sure that your business logos are clear in their intentions.

• Business logos should remain simple – this means, your logo should avoid intricacies. Don’t try to say too much with your business logos. Let them be attention grabbers and bring you business. However, to achieve that, business logos will have to give away something of what your business stands for. Your business logos should represent the UPS of your business.

• Business logos should look best in grand old black and white – if your business logo does not work in black and white, it will not work in any other color on earth. So, try out your business logos in B/W and then work on it to give other color tones.

• Business logos should be aesthetically pleasing, irrespective of size – whether your business logos are seen on business cards or billboards, they should look appealing on both. That is the true test of a successful business logo.

• Business logos should maintain artistic balance – this means, no particular part of your business logo should attract you more than the other. Use of color, line depth and shape should be such that your business logos should be one unified art form.

• Business logos should be placed strategically – depending on who, where and how your product will be used, your business logo should be placed on your product. Pens and pencils have their logos at the rear end because the rear is exposed to the buyer. Automobiles have logos both in the front and the rear. This is because you see both from different positions. When you are walking past a parked car, you notice the logo on the bonnet. If you are behind a car, you get to see the logo at the rear. So, the position of the business logo depends on the position of the object and the amount of exposure it receives.

Why Do You Need Business Logos In The First Place?

You need business logos as much as a scientific experiment needs apparatus. You need business logos to make your business known to one and all. Experiments need apparatus to prove to the whole world what the scientist’s mind has in store for you. Similarly, business logos show what your company stands for.

Experts have identified several reasons for the need of business logos for your organization.

• Creating a brand image not only begins with business logos, it is dictated by them – everything your organization does to create a brand image, begins with your logo. All the tools used for sales and marketing bear your business logo. It is your business logo that reaches every corner of the world. Your brand sells or does it not? Who decides? Your business logos. A swish is one of the simplest business logos today. And it is the best brand creating tool. It is easily remembered as it can be easily reproduced. Simplicity of design, effectiveness of simplicity and ease in remembering make your business logos branded.

• Fastest visual cue to your brand in a time crunched world – in a world that is always running after time, it is not unusual to slow down only in the face of instant gratification and everything that hits your sight. Very few people have the time or the inclination to read your advertisement. But they will definitely have the time and the interest to look into your business logo. So, it is all that you have to capture the market. Give all, subtly and overtly, in your business logos.

adidas Santiago IV Shoe Bag

No Description

I sat the other day in my house of worship - a long-established religion that is probably similar to yours if you have a house of worship - net to a guy wearing flip-flops and running shorts.

Now, to be fair to the guy, he did not smell. I don't think he jogged to services, and nor do I think he came to services right from his cardio workout. In fact, the flip-flops alerted me to something amazing: he likely had no intention of working out at all.

This means, of course, that this was how he decided to dress to worship the god of his choice. His only saving grace, besides being at services that day, was that his T-shirt was not equipped with an advertisement for Hooters.

When I was a kid, you dressed up for weekend services. In fact, you dressed up for a lot of events. Little boys might, in some areas of the country, wear jeans to school - but never out to dinner, unless that dinner was coming in a bag and partnered with a paper crown or a clown hat. You went to a wedding or a funeral in a dark suit, and you knew that seersucker suits were items only for summer.

There were just standards.

After noticing flip-flop guy over the weekend, I went to dinner with a client at a very upscale restaurant and noticed that there was a table of guys wearing shorts and golf shirts. I reiterate - this was an upscale place.

So upscale, in fact, that the tab was higher than my electric bill in July. My client and I were wearing suits - it was the end of the day, and we'd been working. Maybe - just maybe - the golf shirt table was just back from an impromptu day on the links and had decided to brave the wrath of the chef by showing up looking like a Dockers ad, circa 1997.

I guess what I'm getting to is that Americans really dress appallingly. The 1960s was about tuning out, and there were a lot of people out there dressed like bums or hippies or both, though Madison Avenue and Wall Street still had their dress codes. By the time those norms trickled down to Middle America, however, they had become polyesterized and rubber-soled.

By the time the 1970s had come around, America did the world the biggest fashion disservice in the history of menswear. We were, after all the inventors of that most dire of dire garments: the leisure suit.

Why would you wear a suit during leisure times when you could wear slacks and a shirt or a sweater? How on earth does wearing a two-piece outfit - with matching turtleneck or open-necked silky shirt - equate to anyone's definition of leisure? Think back on that outfit. Go ahead - close your eyes - scroll down the poufy-haired guy, take in the gold chain, and reflect upon the horror of those loafers.

Fast forward a bit. America did not invent the track suit - or jogging suit, or whatever you choose to call it - but we did make it ubiquitous. That polyester stuff with the racing stripe - think Adidas - in the 1970s and early 1980s, and then the version that became known as the wind suit. That style was so bad. No one looked good in it. In a track suit, your butt looks like two hams or two Twinkies, and your chest looks like it is being held up by your gut. And yet, in America, we just keep on reinventing it - through Tony Soprano and the velour versions, and right back to the racing stripe version. Go USA.

Don't even get me started on the women's version with words across the rear end. Who doesn't want to use their posterior as a billboard?

I don't know if all of these quite match up to the trend for the last 10 years of so of wearing pajama bottoms as pants. I actually saw a woman at my son's parent-teacher day wearing a black tank top and a pair of fuzzy pink PJ bottoms with black skulls on them. Her husband was wearing flip-flops and a T-shirt with the words "I didn't do it" written on it.

Well, to put it bluntly - who would?

Clothing shouldn't just doesn't cover your body. It's time for America to take control of itself before we turn into a nation of poncho and diaper-wearing barbarians. Because really - wouldn't that just do the trick?

For men, the proper thing to wear - to dinner, to funerals, to weddings - is a suit. Buy yourself a dark-colored suit in a light wool and it will do the trick for the entire year. If you're feeling like taking a splurge and can pull it off, try something in linen or seersucker for summer.

To accessorize this brilliant suit, buy some beautifully tailored shirts in a good-quality cotton, some silk ties in patterns that look new and striking, and a pair of non-clunky shoes - preferably with laces, as they are more traditional.

If you really are trying to make an impression - and not one like flip-flop guy - buy yourself some good-looking cufflinks Cufflinks can dress up or down a suit, and they really are like jewelry on a woman - the perfect finishing touch. If you buy a pair in gold or silver - match your belt buckle - think about adding your engraved initials. If you want to add a dash of color, but are concerned about appearing gaudy, try getting a pair in enamel or a semi-precious stone that matches your favorite tie.

And while you're at it, remember the basics of hygiene. A haircut and a shave may cost more these days than two bits, but the impression you'll make will be priceless.

Whether your interests are in silver, gold, artistic, sports, or other theme-related cufflinks we've got you covered. Cufflink Aficionado carries a broad range of mens cufflinks designed to meet each connoisseur's individual style and interest. Our selection of cuff links are sure to top off that perfect look.

Real Estate is one of the oldest forms of investing known to man.

Real Estate investing is easy and fortunes are made in a simple manner. For example, and investor decides that a desert area will eventually become an industrial development. He purchases a number of acres at a very low price. If his guess turns out to be correct, ten years later he sells the land hundred times more than what he paid for it.This can happen in any part of the country and is not an exceptional case.

As the population keeps growing in the U.S., land prices continue to raise and it means that Real Estate will continue to offer one of the best investment opportunities in the country.

Compared to most forms of investment, Real Estate offers greater profit potential. Of course, not every piece of land will turn out to be a winner, and despite the great potential rewards in some cases risks are involved, so the necessity of careful study before invest.

One of the problem of Real Estate is his lack of liquidity. Liquid assists are those easily converted into cash like stocks or bons. Most Real Estate investments take years before you can make some money, so it is not wise to tie up all your assets in this type of investment. Your financial situation will determine how much you can wisely invest in properties.

There is a difference between a land speculator and an investor. A speculator buys land with the intention to make a quick sale and fast profits and will not hold land for a long period of time. An investor, on the other hand, looks for a long time gain, and usually buys only what he can afford to keep for an indefinite period of time.

If you are new at this field, it is wise to refrain from any a speculation until you become more informed, and you will have to devote considerable time to study and research. It is wise also to consult specialists before you act.

Without realizing it, you already made a very successful investment in Real Estate if you bought your own home.

Before you look for areas to invest, consider the condition of your own house. If you have any plan for selling it, good landscaping has been known to considerably increase the value of a home.

Large profits can be attained by purchasing run-down homes and restoring them for eventual selling, but some factors have to be considered:

* You must know something about architecture and remodeling and get and idea of how much it will cost to get the house back into shape. Consider what you will be able to do yourself and what it will cost you if you have to have it done.

* The location of the house is the most important factor to consider. Study the neighborhood, shopping, and transportation facilities.

It can also be profitable to lease land for commercial use. Land which borders highway is extremely valuable for purpose such as warehouse, gas station, etc.

Land development companies frequently run advertisements offering country retreats. Be wary of these offers as they themselves make a large profit at the time they sell you the land, so it is much more profitable for you to buy your own.

When you buy property, buy at a price that involves a minimum financial risk. Invest only a modest amount of your own capital, when you sell, determine if a cash or installment sale is the best, based on your over-all income tax status. Learn by looking back on the mistakes made in the past and by reviewing the opportunities you have missed.

Prepare a list of all properties available in your area and think up the best future use of the properties. Learn to purchase land before there is a demand. To buy land well in advance is the only economical way at today's prices. Then hold the property until you can resale for large profits. Don't sell all your desirable properties and keep just lemons.

If you are willing to leave the cities, you should not have any trouble finding inexpensive land for sale. If you discover a tract of land appealing to you but not listed for sale, contact the Country Register's Office and he will tell you who is the owner. Get in touch with him and he could be willing to sell.

As a rule purchasing tracts of land within thirty miles from a growing city is often a sound investment. Deal only with qualified realtors. Be careful of individuals who offer quick profits.

Before taking any action, study what has been written about the subject. Know why you should and should not buy. Stay conventional and don't buy white elephants. Look for hidden defects and make the property attractive before offering it for resale. Study local conditions and be sure it is practical. Constantly look for bargains and quality properties with exceptional features that will make the sale easier. Follow up on For Sale signs, make inquiries.

When discouraging elements occur, minimize your losses by whatever means available. Don't throw away money on repairs for poorly located property or in an area of surplus rental units.

Before you attempt to sell, find out how the prospect can use the property profitably. Ask yourself if you would purchase it if you were in the prospect's shoes. Ask yourself if the future use will fit any of the many types of specific businesses. Can a hospital, a bank, an apartment complex, condominium or professional building be located on the property.

Learn to analyze the pros and cons of a real estate problem. Break it down into its various elements. Know if the answers you come up with are satisfactory and practical. Try different approaches to the problem.

You are necessary looking for the "top" or "bottom" of the market, or the current economic situation. You are looking for a variety of properties which have a higher value dependent on the use that can be established for them.

There are always opportunities in Real Estate during good times and bad, but it is up to you to pick and choose only those very best deals, especially during times when it appears that Real Estate values and demand have reached their peak or in times when it is practically impossible for most anyone to get bank loans due to the tight money market or impossible interest rates.

Tennis is a sport that is played between two players or between two teams of players. This game is played with a stringed racquet and a felt ball in a lawn, open ground or even an indoor stadium. When played outdoors, it is usually played on the grass court, clay court or even on hard court. This sport is fast gaining popularity and is being played by men, women, and children of all ages. Various national and international players encourage the game and advertise towards its promotion. Manufacturers fabricate various tennis gears such as clothing and other accessories for the sports personnel, which are then put up for sale in malls and stores. Numerous brands indulge in manufacturing tennis accessories and clothing for the game and get the famous sports personalities to advertise their products online, on television and on the radio. The brands such as "Nike," "Reebok", and "Adidas" have created a mark for themselves in the market and are constantly in demand.

The tennis clothing line includes tennis shorts, socks, shoes, sunglasses, bags, t-shirts and racquets to name a few. Since, these items are produced in bulk they cannot be stored in regular shops and malls and hence, require special warehouses. These warehouses are used for storing all tennis accessories and clothing items, according to their sizes and appropriate security measures are taken to make sure they are protected against theft.

There are various tennis warehouse websites set up for customers interested in buying tennis gear in bulk, providing them information on all the accessories in store. Such sites also encourage selling various branded and non-branded items listing their prices as well. There are certain online tennis warehouses that store accessories formally used by famous tennis personalities. Got Beckham? Soccer Ball Logo Women's Babydoll tee Shirt in 6 Colors Small thru XL

Brand new item. Form-fitting babydoll style.

In the UK it is easier to get a divorce, change your religion, or commit identity fraud than it is to change the football club you support. Those who swap clubs risk being ostracised by their family and friends, banned from family gatherings, insulted at work and risk possible physical violence from fellow supporters.

Most of us get taken to our first football matches by our dads, uncles or elder brothers. We become indoctrinated in our clubs culture and legend. This legend is often entwined with that of our families own collective memory.

To change our club allegiance would be like changing our family.

"Sorry Mum, I've decided to move across the street to number fifteen, they look like winners to me, what have we ever won?"

It just doesn't happen, or does it?

If all the kids could just ignore their older brothers and dads and be given a choice of what club they could swear their life long allegiance to, where would it all end? Probably with a million kids supporting Man United and six throwing their lot in with West Brom.

What if the balance could be maintained? What if for every kid who was forced to support West Brom by threats from his dad or brother, another kid forced to support United but harbouring a secret wish to support the Albion, could swap. Then the overall balance could be maintained, clubs would still, in theory, have the same number of supporters.

"Mum, great news, I'm moving over to number fifteen, and that little brainy fat kid you always admired, is yours for life."

As you become better at bowling you will need to learn how to "read the lanes". This is what you do when you understand what lane conditions you are bowling under and how they are changing. Lane conditions can be the most frustrating part of bowling as you get to be a better bowler. For the new bowler, who will generally be working on getting the ball straight down the lane, lane conditions are not a big issue; however, as you improve your game lane conditions will come into play, and you will have to learn how to read the lanes.

Wet vs Dry

I guess I should discuss here the difference between a wet and a dry lane condition. Basically a wet or "oily" condition means that your ball will slide further down the lane than it will on a dry condition before it hooks. When you are bowling on a "wet" (oily) condition, your ball seems to slide down the lane and not turn over (hook). Sometimes, it seems to slide the whole way down the lane without ever hooking! When you are bowling on a dry condition, your ball will seem to turn over the minute it leaves your hand. This is a particularly difficult condition to deal with.

Fortunately, the normal shots that you will run into are neither of these extremes. They are something in between. But this is why it is important to practice... practice... practice... your bowling; preferably in different bowling centers.

If you become proficient in one house, it doesn't mean that you are a "good" bowler, just that you are "house" bowler. By bowling in several houses you will be able to adjust to many different lane conditions. This is important if you plan on ever going to tournaments or even if you bowl on different nights.

Lane Conditions

When I think about lane conditions, there are several things that come to mind. First off, the lane conditions when you start bowling have to be figured out. Secondly you have to adjust to changing lane conditions as you bowl. Finally you have to be aware of who you are bowling with and where they are throwing their ball on the lane and how.

Let's take these one at a time.

Beginning to Bowl

The lane conditions when you begin bowling are usually one of two types: Fresh oil (the mechanic has just oiled the lanes) or used oil (a league or, worse yet, open play has just been bowling on the lanes). When you get to the house to bowl, you should be aware of whether you are bowling on fresh or used oil, although this really shouldn't effect the way that you approach the lanes.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that just because you are bowling on fresh oil the shot will be wet. Different bowling alleys use different amounts of oil when they run their machines leaving a wet or a dry condition. Sometimes it even depends on what league or tournament is coming in as to how the house will oil their lanes.

Also don't make the mistake of thinking that because you are bowling on used oil, the lanes will be dry. Some houses put a lot of oil down so that the condition won't break down quickly. Also on some different types of lanes (synthetics for one), the condition tends to stay the same for a long period of time.

So now you are saying... "If I can't make a judgement call based on what I see before I bowl, what do I do when I start bowling?" Here's the answer: Start bowling with an open mind as to what you are going to run into. Don't base your thinking on what you see other people doing (unless you know their style and it is close to yours).

The worst thing you can do when you start bowling is assume that the lane condition is wet or dry. You know your shot better than anyone else, so you need to try a couple of things during practice to figure out how the lanes are rolling, for YOU. If you try to base your game off of somebody else, you will be forever changing what you are doing and never progress. This is why I emphasize that you need to practice on several different conditions.

Changing Conditions

As the night wears on, the shot will, more than likely, change. This is why you need to know your game and be consistent. When you throw the ball consistently the same, you can identify changes in lane conditions more rapidly. There is nothing more frustrating than not recognizing that the lanes have changed for 4 or 5 frames and then realizing that if you had changed a couple of frames earlier you could have shot better.

You must pay attention to each shot that you throw and know whether you threw it correctly or not. If you adjust off of a bad shot, then you will be lost for the rest of the night. When I do this, I usually just decide to "start over". I start with the next frame and start where I started the night after practice.

Other Bowlers

Pay attention to where the other bowlers on the lanes that you are bowling on are throwing their balls as well. If you are playing the same area of the lane as someone else on your pair, this can lead to the shot changing more quickly. Sometimes I purposely shoot a different line than the rest of the people on the pair, just so that it doesn't break down as fast.

Don't change to an alternate line if you can't carry strikes on it. It is more important to continue making strikes and adjusting than to avoid the changes. Changing conditions are a part of bowling, but if you can avoid the changes or reduce the amount of change that is certainly to your benefit.

Reading lanes isn't hard, but it does take practice. The more you do it the better you will get at it. It is also an essential skill to learn to become a better bowler, to exceed the 200 average range. Always remember this, the more conditions that you practice on, the easier it will be to tell what kind of condition you are bowling on. So continue to practice... practice... practice... at several different bowling centers on several different nights.
